The overall purpose of the job is to Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule and Oracle job process.


  1. Production planning and requesting for material as per the production plan.
  2. Coordinate with other departments for scheduling conflicts.
  3. Proper stacking and labelling of goods. Send accurate daily FG Report as per physical quantities.
  4. Ensure Zero variances in quarterly stock take through weekly variance tracking.
  5. Monitor handling of FG during transfers, stacking and loadings.
  6. Daily monitoring of damages based on QA reports and act accordingly.
  7. Ensure efficient and timely submission of reports i.e., daily production figures with manpower, electricity and wrapper wastages costs, Daily PVC for FL, Weekly damages and wastages, Monthly production figures, Weekly Process lost report, Weekly machine efficiency report.
  8. Ensure issues and returns of pacmats before and after production.
  9. Ensure tallying of production figures and actual FG on floor and ensure FG is transferred to allow for further production.
  10. Shop floor space creation through ensuring produced products is transferred to warehouse online.
  11. Production floor stock Management by ensuring Zero variances during cycle counts on shop floors.
  1. Diploma in Supply chain management inventory or warehousing. 
  2. 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, and warehousing.  
  3. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.  
  4. Basic mathematics and numerical skills.  
  5. Competent in data entry analysis and management.  
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  7. Skills to operate common office equipment.  
  8. Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.  
  9. Must employ professional approach in conduct of his/her work.
