Red & Yellow Pepper Chicken Salad | Fresh Fri Ginger
Bell pepper chicken salad with a drizzle of delicious dressing
Rub the chicken breast down with the paprika, garlic powder & salt.Heat up a pan, add the Fresh Fri Ginger then pan fry the chicken for 3-4 mins on each side.
In a bowl add the lettuce, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and dania.Toss everything together with a pinch of salt.
Slice the chicken breast into strips then add into the salad bowl.
Drizzle your favorite dressing then serve
