Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 75ml Fresh Fri Cooking Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced.
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped.
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix FreshFri Cooking Oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or
    until cooked.
  4. Serve with a side of salad.
