Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir–Fry

This irresistible stir-fry boasts succulent shrimp marinated in zesty lemon and soy sauce, perfectly complemented by crisp broccoli, garlic, ginger, and a touch of honey.

  • 4 Shrimp peeled and deviated.
  • 50 ml FreshFri cooking oil
  • ¼ glass of Lemon juice,
  • 2 garlic cloves minced.
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger minced.
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce,
  • 1 tablespoon honey.
  • 2 cups of broccoli


  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with ¼ glass of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of honey with the remaining lemon juice. Set it aside.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add 25ml of Fresh Fri cooking oil.
  4. Add the 2 cups of broccoli and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes tender-crisp. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the remaining 25ml of FreshFri cooking oil.
  6. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are fully cooked through.
  8. Add the cooked broccoli back to the pan with the shrimp.
  9. Pour the honey and lemon mixture over the shrimp and broccoli.
  10. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp and broccoli
  11. Transfer the lemon garlic shrimp stir-fry with broccoli to a serving dish.
  12. Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious, healthy meal.
