Tilapia fillets
50 ml Fresh Fri cooking oil
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Preparation
Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a large skillet, heat 50 ml of Fresh Fri cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.
Remove the fish from the skillet and transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
