Ingredients

  • Tilapia fillets
  • 50 ml Fresh Fri cooking oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preparation

  • Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, heat 50 ml of Fresh Fri cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
  • Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
  • During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets.
  • Remove the fish from the skillet and transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
